Mission & Purpose

To help people build the strength, fitness and resilience they need to live more active lives and take on meaningful challenges. Through personal training, strength and conditioning, coaching and outdoor experience, Dave provides practical, purposeful training that prepares people for the things they actually want to do.

Whether someone wants to climb higher, race faster, perform better, feel stronger or simply spend more time outside, the focus is on building the physical and mental foundations to make it possible. Training should have a reason, and every session should move people closer to what they want to achieve.

To make people more capable of doing the things they love, and confident enough to take on the things they have not yet tried. Dave believes that fitness is not simply about looking or feeling fit, but about having the strength, resilience and confidence to make the most of life.

By bringing together fitness, strength and conditioning, outdoor adventure and coaching, the aim is to help people become stronger, more capable and better prepared for whatever comes next. Because there is always another challenge, another adventure and another reason to get moving.

Get fit.Get strong.Get outside.

If not now, when?
